- The re-size only applies to the original purchaser.
- We will resize a ring, a maximum of two times in its life.
- A copy of the receipt must be produced to validate ownership.
- You must have a up to date registered user account on this site since the ring was purchased.
- The ring must have been owned for a minimum of 1 month.
- The ring must have the Robert Young Jewellery hallmark.
- There must be more than one full size difference required.
- This ring resizing policy does not apply to damaged rings.
- This policy only applies to rings or bands that can be resized, not all rings can be resized. Some Diamond rings, some Eternity rings, or rings with continuous writing are not able to be resized and are not included in this policy.
- The ring must be insured by the owner whilst in transit and in our care being resized. We do not offer any liability whilst in our care for this free service.
